Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with a Skoolstop.com purchase or any other reason, please review our return, refund and exchange policies below for Skoolstop.com purchases and in-store returns. Products must be returned in new or gently used condition. www.Skoolstop.com monitors return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges at Skoolstop.com in all instances.

THIS POLICY IS EFFECTIVE FOR ALL PURCHASES MADE ON AND AFTER Septetmber 01, 2022.
No returns allowed on any FINAL SALE items, except for its flaws in workmanship or sizing issues are found (as long as the tag has not been removed) In the event that you are not 100% satisfied with any item for size issues or workmanship, we accept returns on any item (other than final sale) that is unworn and has the tag intact. This applies to any product shipped with defects in craftmanship or material. Please contact us on customerservice@skoolstop.com to approve a return. We reserve the right to deny exchange to sender without prior return approval. Only unworn items and items with size and fitting issue will be accepted for returns/exchange within 7 days of when item was delivered to you. We do not accept returns or exchange after 7 days from delivered date.

PLEASE MAKE SURE:

  • Items are returned within 7 days from delivery date.
  • Items are unused, unworn (other than the purpose of trying on) and with the original tags still attached. No marks, no stains, no fur and no rips.
  • All original labels and tags are still attached and intact.
  • Items must be in their original packaging which must be in the original undamaged condition

  • The items, if have workmanship flaws will require a photo proof to be sent on customerservice@skoolstop.com and exchange item will be shipped post approval with us. The sender can expect a reply to the email within 3-5 working days once the email is sent along with the order number and reason for return with photo, picture or video attached in an email. Once return shipping is accepted and approved, you’ll receive an email along with the return details on your email registered with us. All the return items are required to be returned in intact condition and in a well packaging. The returns processing will take 24-48 business hours once the return shipment is delivered to our warehouse. You will receive an email once your return is accepted and approved.

    The exchange order once dispatched will take 3-5 working days for delivery.

    RETURN METHODS
